...See more I know it might be normal to have anxiety right now but I can feel my heart beating so fast . My teen daughter just me she slept with her gf and I was trying to not lose it but I started to feel dizzy . She also has anxiety she gets from being social . She has been with her boy friend only 2 months idk when this happened idk how to handle this my husband is working how am I going to tell him . Do o tell him idk feel like I can’t breathe I’m so lost as a parent how do I navigate this . I know she trusted me and told me but what !!!?!?!?!?!

...See more I feel like I can’t breathe . I’m trying so hard to keep my head up but I keep feeling lost . I don’t know if feeling this overwhelmed with family problems is normal , I don’t want to say my side of things to my family because I have tried that b4 but my sister that I was so closed to turned on me and has been making he feel so bad . I am adopted and I once confided that i felt ashamed of it . Now she makes sure the kids I call my nieces and nephews know about it that everyone distances from me even my adopted mom took her side . I feel like yelling , I feel like crying , I feel like no one cares .
