My main reason for being here is to find help dealing with any emotions that are attached to my traumatic events, I find that I'm very detached from them and not feeling about something like this seems not human and very abnormal and I need to figure this out

...See more All of my experiences fit into one spot all together in my mind, and because I'm so detached from most of them(cause my whole life has just been a series of traumatic events) I am having trouble recognizing what event is a traumatic one or just a normal *** experience..and I apologize for the TMI but I should be able to tell the difference between being drugged and gang raped and watching my mom get beat up right? Or ate they both traumatic?
