hi glad you found me on 7 cups of tea, i have overcome a lot in my life and would like to help people by using my negative experiences to create something positive.I have suffered mental health issues, depression anxiety, ptsd, self harm and personality disorder of the emotional kind.i have had substance misuse issues.I had a troubled start to life with lost .of trauma. i have been homless and in trouble with the police.I believe their is always light at the end of the tunnel. i am a nature loving hippie and nonjudgmental.i am currently studying psychology and counseling with the open university. i am also a parent, look forward to chatting about any of the issues i experienced or anything you like.
