...See more Any other moms out there? How do you control your emotions so that you can be a good mum? I find it especially difficult because I have teens and they are going through their teen stuff. I know I need to be strong and secure. Instead I feel lost on how to parent, affected by their every emotional swing and have suc a fear they don't love me and will leave home and not come back.
