...See more Hi,  I'm new here and I'm dealing with flashbacks. However, what happened to me isn't enough to account as a trauma (I think?). Which category should I search for listeners on? It's not the only thing I'm dealing with, but getting support during my flashbacks is definitely my priority. Thsnk you very much!
