Hi,
I'm new here and I'm dealing with flashbacks. However, what happened to me isn't enough to account as a trauma (I think?). Which category should I search for listeners on? It's not the only thing I'm dealing with, but getting support during my flashbacks is definitelymypriority.

@tryingtothink - I think sometimes there's not a clear category so you go with whatever feels closest. And there doesn't have to be one definition of trauma - if it's something that's still impacting you and causing flashbacks, that sounds like it qualifies to me!
