...See more Hi, I have been feeling lonely for as long as I remember. I might be suffering from depression. Although I have friends and a girlfriend, I still feel this way, which makes me feel even worse because I don't have a valid reason to be feeling this way. I'm very ashamed of myself because of this. I also have a decent paying job and I don't struggle financially. Sometimes it gets really bad and I have some very negative thoughts that are hard to cope with. I have tried everything: therapy and meds but they didn't really help. I am scared of meds because I'm afraid to get addicted. And therapy is expensive. I am afraid to tell anyone in real life because. I am pretty desperate, don't know what to do.
