...See more Two weeks ago I had one of The worst nights of my Life. My heart started to beat at weird rate and I had problems with breathing. For A second I thought that I have A heart attack. A result of it was that I had hyperpnea. I was so afraid and scared for my life. At that Time I didnt know that it was a panic attack and The feeling of unknown was making The panic attack worse. Now, I know what it is and I am not as scared and I am trying to calm down. The worst thing is that in my case panic attacks appear usually three Times A Day. I Would Love to get rid off Them and live normally.
