...See more hey i’m 14 and i honestly don’t know if i’m depressed or not. tw- sh mentions at end lately i thought i was doing better but i soon realized that i wasnt, i just stopped feeling. i don’t feel any emotions in my house besides frustration and i can feel happiness with my friends but it feels fake sometimes. i’ve googled stuff a lot and i do show signs of depression (lost of interest, messed up sleep, etc) but not diagnosed. and i feel ungrateful just thinking that i might because i technically have everything i could need or want but i still feel like this? it’s starting to affect my relationships too. my parents are more irritated at me because i never spend time with them (they cause most of my stress) and my gf is thinking i’m losing feelings. my coping methods at the moment are ignoring everything and self harm which i know is not healthy at all. so yeah. sorry if this was stupid and i’m overreacting and finding something that isn’t there.
