...See more I have tried numerous things in attempts to control my anger outbursts. It’s effecting my marriage and I am to the point where I will literally try anything that I can to establish control over my emotions. I would try therapy- our current daycare bills make that next to impossible. Looking for any and all methods that have been legitimately effective and have provided real change for people.
