...See more It started with cigarettes and inhalants at 12.. progressed to alcoholism at 14. I became a frequent marijuana user at 15 experimented with shrooms and acid a bit and was introduced to Xanax at 19. I think I might have even smoked crack with the local crack head who hung around the bar I worked at when I was 21... Im addicted to a feeling of not being me. I feel trapped in my mind and emotions. Sometimes I wish I could turn it all off. Throughtout my time of abusing drugs I continued to function (work, pay bills etc.) I have been trying not to refill my prescription for Xanax. I recently quit my main income job and I am now in a hole that I'm afraid I can't get out of.. I just want to feel better. I think that's what everyone really wants
