...See more My mental health has been deteriorating for the last few years. Ive saw it effect my family, work life, and personal help. Ive been with therapist and psychiatrist. Been on every medication under the sun and nothing has made me feel better. I have even had TMS. Im letting my wife and family down as well as my co workers by being stuck in this endless loop. Sleeping is the only relief I can get from all the anxiety and uncomfortable feelings of the real world. I dont know how to do this anymore 😔
