panic attack or not?

...See more Hello! Sorry to bother you all, but Id like to ask for an opinion. This might sound a little dumb since it wasnt a traumatic experience. I made the sports team I tried out for and this means a lot of pressure will be put on me. I get really anxious and nervous about performing in front of people as well. Before I was told that I made it I was getting really nervous and a sense of almost dread came over me thinking about what would happen if I did make it. I would be responsible for whether the team did good or not in a way and lately Ive been thinking of scenarios on how to get out of actually playing even though I love the sport. When I went into the room where the coaches would tell me, I felt nervous, but not more than usual, and smiled and said thank you. But as soon as I left, I started breathing really heavily and fast, and had to lean against the wall, then ending up squatting on the floor. After I started to cry, like sob, and it wasnt cause I was happy. Im not sure if this was a panic attack, because Ive read some peoples experiences and theyre a lot more severe than this. I dont know if it could just be stress building up. Thank you so much!
