...See more Hello! I just had my daughter about a week ago. I have struggled with anxiety and depression bouts pretty much my whole life. The first few days after having her were a whirlwind, but once I got home I started feeling more and more anxious and sad. I absolutely could not be more in love with my daughter and am so happy to be a mom, but my brain just does not process change well. I am normally a very on the go type of person who loves to go places with people and I struggle with feeling “trapped”, and I feel like a I went from being able to go anywhere at the drop of a hat, to now being stuck. Has anyone else experienced this before and have any ideas on how to get through this? Thank you!
