...See more For the past 3 years iv had symptoms of anxiety ever since my first panic attack but they were always manageable with exercise, and last year i had to stop due to a chronic injury . Now for the past month it got to a really bad point to where i have multiple moments of intense anxiety like 3 or 4 times a week, its affecting my sleep and it got so bad that iv cut myself (its become a habit at this point) among other changes .  Now for the past few days its been tame and now im even doubting if it was me being over dramatic about this whole thing and im reconsidering reaching out at all. What should I do ?
