For the past 3 years iv had symptoms of anxiety ever since my first panic attack but they were always manageable with exercise, and last year i had to stop due to a chronic injury . Now for the past month it got to a really bad point to where i have multiple moments of intense anxiety like 3 or 4 times a week, its affecting my sleep and it got so bad that iv cut myself (its become a habit at this point) among other changes .  Now for the past few days its been tame and now im even doubting if it was me being over dramatic about this whole thing and im reconsidering reaching out at all. What should I do ?

@winstyhar03

It is always better to have sought out help and not needed then the other way around.

Hey @winstyhar03 , I hope you are doing better, Always remember feelings are subjective but we can't deny its exisitence. It's always better to reach out for help when we need it. Consider thinking out this if someone close to you is going through the same and share will you consider it a waste of time. Most probably you will not. So, you should also not be hesitating much in asking for help if you need it.

Always take care and don't be harsh on yourself.✨
