...See more My boyfriends broke up with me because I have anxiety and fear of abandonment. I always needed reassurance from him because I felt like he was the only good thing in my life and I was scared he was going to leave me. It was too much for him, I tried making effort I saw a therapist but it wasn't enough for him to stay with me. Now that he's gone I feel so sad and everything is my fault, if I wasn't scared he would have never left me. I feel like because of my anxiety I have lost the perfect man. At the beginning he helped me with my anxiety, he was always there for me and he was perfect. I don't know what to do, I feel like I will never get better and will never get over this breakup and the guilt that I feel for ruining my relationship.
