Feeling anxious about my health

...See more My big thing right now is this irrational fear that I have ALS. I have muscle twitches, and I know these are probably benign and usually don't happen until later in the illness. I also have a hyper focus on my body, I keep testing myself with like, heel walks and toe walks. It's almost as though I'm looking for something wrong.
