...See more i wanted to share my story here because i like to think i have nothing to lose. i have never been diagnosed, my parents won't allow it but they like playing guesses on whats "wrong" with me and how should i fix it. i can talk with people i dont know, it makes me physically sick when i try to "make new friends" online or in real life the same. i used to think it's ok to push myself to find new people even if i started hyperventilating in the bathroom after 10 minutes of conversations. it took me more 3 months to even try to talk to one of my ex coworkers. i dropped out of uni twice even if i liked what i was learning, got fired once because apparently i "didnt show i LOVE LOVE this job" resigned once because i couldn't handle it. i moved cities 2 years ago and i met no new people, i had more anxiety attacks than ever and now i am moving again. ive had it. i tried to get support from my family to get at least some professional help but it's always the same answer: push myself into situations that literally either make me puke or trigger depression. i just want support. ok bye had to get this off my chest i dont know how much sense this text has but kinda helped me put it out there
