...See more Hi I am new here. Im trying anything and everything to get myself back at a stable place. I have a great life but I have a constant battle in my head. I had a terrible panic attack this morning at work. I start to feel like Im having a hot flash and my chest feels fluttery it then makes me nauseous. I usually end up getting sick. Does this happen to anyone else?? Makes me feel crazy and like I am helpless to my own mind.
