7 years sober but having a really hard time

...See more In highschool at age 14 I started using ❄️ . At 17 I went through rehab and have been sober ever since . The past two weeks , it's all I can think about. I think about how happy I was when I used and how much more energy I'd have . I'm at the lowest I've ever been in my life and I have no support . I tried to contact the friends I made while in rehab (7 years ago ) and I found out that all but 1 person has passed away since then . Knowing that is the only thing that has kept me sober but I still can't help but crave that feeling again . Any suggestions on how to get these urges to pass ?
