...See more Hello everyone  I heard some one said to quit from your addiction you should be connected to your self or people and i am hear to speak freely,i can't say anything to anyone but for first time i will feel that i am heard when i was young i tried Masturbation accidentally i didn't know what i was doing but i liked the feel i used to do it multiple time a day this situation continued until 18 and i understood what Masturbation is know iam 21 i really wanna to get rid of addiction to it i see her affection on me i am always unfocused always feel guilty and regret my self confidence are low and i lose respect of my self i really want to quit for seek of god and i hope it doesn't affect in me on my marriage in future
