Hello everyone,
A fellow anxiety queen here, after many years as a panic attack sufferer, ive much advice to give, there's not much in this world that I've not been through haha, humour gets me through a lot of it, oh and reading - I read a lot! And my special little pooch helps too, he's the naughtiest dog ever but ohh he's loved:-)
