...See more Hello everyone. I stumbled across this community of people and thought this might be a good place to start. A little bit about me. I am a Navy veteran and I suffer with adjustment disorder, depression, and generalized anxiety disorder. The biggest of the 3 I've been dealing with is my depression. Lately I've just been feeling very alone and, I guess you could say, less than human. I've been going to the VA for about 5 years for mental health and it can only take me so far, so I've been looking to get better mental health treatment outside of the VA. I've gone to some very dark places in my head and done some regrettable things because of it. I'm trying very hard to hold onto optimism and hope that on the other side of this is the happiness I am seeking. Anyway, it's getting late. Thanks for checking this out if you stopped by :)
