...See more So this past Sunday, I had a huge anxiety attack. To where it warranted me to take my clonazepam after a month being free, and then yesterday had to do the same thing. I went to a therapist which they are now referring me to a psychologist. My meds are somewhat not working now. Which sucks. But honestly I'm scared and worried. About myself. What if I do something to myself Physically or do something worse to people around me. I just need comfort and to know everything is ok. I can't deal with this at all. It sucks I want it to end. The fucking suffering And anxiety. Depression. Just want to live normal again

...See more Hey everyone. ^-^ I'll be straight up. It's not perfect for me right now to be hones . I'm feeling slumped. Like weight is on me and I'm trying to move but can't. And I feel. Heavy. I don't know if it's the meds I'm on or just me. I keep thinking though to myself. I never have thought that I would be in the position that I am in today. Anxiety and depression. And taking meds for it it seems far surreal to me. I was always the one that seemed happy and random who took care of everyone. But now I'm the one that's needed help. Has anyone thought likenthie before? Or is it just me
