I'm 27 years old. I am currently in school to become a Child & Youth Care Practitioner. We generally work with "at-risk" youth, aged 0 - 23, however the same thing applies to anyone of any age. That being said I'm not on here as a professional, I joined this site because I believe that there should be more options for people to communicate, listen and be there for each other without having the bias of family and friends.

I grew up with a lot of family problems, have seen one of my best friends deal with Heroin addiction for 5+ years and have a lot of close friends over the age of 45, they really do teach you a lot. I hear that I'm pretty wise for my age and the one thing that I AM good at and understand, is people, empathetic listening and how to create change and get the most out of your life. There is always an answer and always a way to get yourself back on track.
