How I fell back into depression

...See more Hello my name is Abby and I am 23 years old. I was diagnosed with depression and anorexia at 13 years old. I was told by the psychologists that I was having this issues due to my grandmother's death. However, I never told the psychologists that I was constantly experiencing bullying, which occurred all throughout middle and high school. After high school, I ended up recovering from my depression and despite being in an emotionally abusive relationship I was able to repair myself. However, my dad had two strokes last month and ever since then I have been a wreck. He has always been the closest person to me and while I can deal with a lot of things but I truly don't know how to deal with this. I am either constantly crying or I am in a state of emotional numbness. Someone please help me!!!
