I am 23 years old . I have a four year old little girl . Her name is AmberLynn. When I am upset or angry I cope by writing in a journal, go for walks, okay with my daughter and try to talk to someone . I love to listen to music, color and really enjoy movies . I have bpd,anxiety, depression, etc . I could really use a friend , I am 17 months sober .
