...See more Hello, I ask myself when counting calories, loosing weight, thinking you're fat starts being an eating disorder /anorexia... I count calories (almost daily) and eat - whenever I have enough discipline- about 500kcals. My friends tell me I was not fat, that I was skinny but I see all that fat and whatever I do, I feel or see this disgusting fat, all over my body. But when does it get serious? Excuse my English!
