...See more So i got a hurtful text message last Friday. The same night I had multiple anxiety attacks, couldnt sleep, acid reflex . I was fine prior to this than bam anxiety is high. Could my anxiety be a trigger to the text? Could someone h help me? .

...See more Hi everyone I need advice. So I got a hurtful message on Friday, I had multiple anxiety attacks over the weekend. I started taking lorazepam at night to help and it does. No anxiety during the day but at night it creeps in. Will it take time to get through this.

I have not had this much anxiety. Im on lexapro 20mg. Will this go away. I was fine prior to the anxiety attacks. Can someone give me advice

...See more Hi, so i had a hurtful text message sent to me Friday, ever since ive had multiple anxiety attacks. Was awful. I was able to sleep, but last night I felt like the anxiety was coming back. Is this due to the hurtful text message I got? I was fine prior to this.
