...See more Hi, I'm new to the platform, I recently turned 18 Lately I've been feeling very down, without a clear purpose. I feel like my parents and friends are disappointed in me, and I've resorted to self-harm, Especially on my thighs, I've tried to stop, but I always end up doing it again. I'm aware it's not healthy, but I can't help it. I can't do it on my forearms because I have a strict and observant mother. Any advice?
