...See more Before I start, please note that this may be triggering for some. I've spent a large part of my life trying to become someone that I am not due to the fact that I want to please everyone. I'm close to becoming 21 & every day as I get closer to that particular age I feel a sense of being unfulfilled. I feel like I have not created an identity for myself and I'm struggling to figure out who I am. I feel like I'm nobody, just someone who shape shifts into anything others want me to be and because of that my mental health has been strained. All I do most days are have small mental breakdowns & thoughts of disappearing. I feel weak, overwhelmed, sad. I'm not sure what to do at this point but I'm trying to take it one step at a time as thats the only thing that seems logical to me. I know this may seem jumbled but thats really how my brain is at the moment
