Hello i found this place when I was looking for someone to talk to, but then I decided to become a listener because what makes me feel more human is when I help someone even by just listening because I know how it feels when you need to be heard. I can’t solve your problems but I will do my best to make you feel better.

I welcome you to 7cups and hopefully you have just taken the first step in a direction you would like to go! I am an experienced listener as this has been an essential part of my work for several years. I am realistic in what I can do to help, and non-judgemental and sensitive in my approach  I have worked with people through many difficult times relating to a variety of life's issues and challenges - and I have also personal experience of some difficult life challenges and choices. I don't ever pretend I have all the answers though! But through talking and listening together, maybe I can help you reflect and talk more on whatever has brought you here, maybe from a different or wider perspective than you have so far seen, and maybe this will help you see your way forward a little more clearly. If my listening helps you to do that even in a small way, then perhaps you will feel more motivated, or positive, or re-assured, calmer or comforted - and that you will feel the time we will have shared has been worthwhile! We are all human ... and that makes us all unique in who we are but often we have life experiences in common. Many of those are challenges and choices that many others have faced, so surely it can make sense to share and learn from each other as we all go through life! So now that you have found 7cups and maybe even read my profile, all you need to do now is take the second step and make contact!
