I am a Mum and a newish Grandma. I have three grown sons of my own and fourth who I fostered as a teen-ager. I chose to leave work young because of chronic illness that is now much better, so I now volunteer helping people with their life stuff. I worked as a people manager and mentoring and leadership development trainer, and have been a community volunteer all my adult life. I am qualified in Mental Health First Aid.
