Hello! I'm a high schooler from California. I play tennis, and sometimes run around my neighborhood. I love animals--especially ducks, geese, and dogs. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends or listening to music (I'm a fan of pop, and I listen to artists like Coldplay, TROY, Dean Lewis, and Myles Smith). Hello! <3 I’ve always wanted to help others, especially those who may be struggling emotionally or mentally. My interest comes from both my personal experiences with mental health challenges. I hope to provide a supportive, understanding, and safe space for anyone who needs it.

Hi! My name is Emily,  I’m originally from Ukraine. Over the past few years, I’ve moved between several countries, which meant adapting to new languages, cultures, schools, and completely different environments. It wasn’t always easy, but these experiences taught me a lot about resilience, empathy, and how important it is to have someone who supports you when everything around you is changing.  I’m interested in psychology and hope to become a psychologist in the future. I’m especially curious about human behavior, emotions, and how people adapt to difficult or unfamiliar situations. I’m excited to volunteer, meet new people, and hopefully be someone who can make another person feel a little less alone!!

A calm, non-judgmental ear, here to listen and support. My style is peaceful, kind, and curious. I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment. We can talk about stress and anxiety, life transitions (moving, school/career changes), relationship communication, self-esteem, motivation/procrastination, creative blocks, and perfectionism. Our chats are a space to slow down, feel heard, and sort through what’s heavy. I use active listening and validation. I’ll never diagnose or tell you what to do. I’ll ask gentle questions so your own voice can get a little louder.
