For most of these struggles, I faced them alone. That's why I understand how valuable it is for a person in difficult moments to have someone to confide in, someone who makes them feel less alone. I'm not a mental health professional, and many of you likely have more life experience than I do. So I can't promise I'll have answers to all your questions.
