A little bit about me: I am a mature student currently studying Forensic Psychology, Biochemistry & Immunology. I am also a certified Cybersecurity Expert and Business Owner. Finally, I am now at the beginning of my CPCAB journey - with the ultimate goal of becoming a fully qualified Psychotherapist in the near future.  In my spare time I like to travel, read books, watch snooker, create/listen to music, go to the cinema & spend time with my family. I live on the south coast of England, with my son, I was diagnosed with ASD (autism) when I was 40, also have OCD and recently been diagnosed with ADHD, I have experienced Sleep paralysis throughout my life. I’ve completed a mental health awareness qualification, and have also taken neurodevelopmental disorder qualifications, as well as a counselling one also. I have struggled with anxiety all my life but am now in a position, where I feel I’m ready to help others, who are struggling with similar issues. I consider myself to be a kind and decent person, and I just want to help other people, who just may need someone to talk with.  I’m often told that I’m a good listener, which is what has bought me to 7cups, as I feel I have something to give which may help others. I don’t have lived experience with eating disorders or Schizophrenia but I’m happy to listen to anyone that struggles with these issues, and I’ll always do my best to be there for someone that needs a listener.
