Welcome to my bio <3 I am a 25-year-old doctor from Nepal. My 7 Cups journey began when I was just 16 years old with an enthusiasm to be of help to others and a very heavy heart. This place became my home for many, many years before I started getting sick and had to focus more on my studies. A little bit about me: I am a mature student currently studying Forensic Psychology, Biochemistry & Immunology. I am also a certified Cybersecurity Expert and Business Owner. I live on the south coast of England, with my son, I was diagnosed with ASD (autism) when I was 40, also have OCD and recently been diagnosed with ADHD, I have experienced Sleep paralysis throughout my life. I’ve completed a mental health awareness qualification, and have also taken neurodevelopmental disorder qualifications, as well as a counselling one also. I have struggled with anxiety all my life but am now in a position, where I feel I’m ready to help others, who are struggling with similar issues. I consider myself to be a kind and decent person, and I just want to help other people, who just may need someone to talk with.  I’m often told that I’m a good listener, which is what has bought me to 7cups, as I feel I have something to give which may help others. I don’t have lived experience with eating disorders or Schizophrenia but I’m happy to listen to anyone that struggles with these issues, and I’ll always do my best to be there for someone that needs a listener.
