My name is Creative Kombucha and I am a Christian I am  Christian listener.    Currently, I my educational background is in  psychology in which I have a bachelor's degree and experience with the 7Cups internship.  One one hand am very interested in talk therapy with the autism community while  on the other, I am interested in developmental psychology, autism research and teaching.    What's the main reason? Not only have I been diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder but also hold an official diagnosis with ADHD.    However, I also offer sessions on 1. Christian Faith 2. Breakups 3. Bullying 4. Disabilities 5. Family stress 6. Forgiveness 7. Getting unstuck 8. Grief 9. Managing emotions 10. Self esteem 11. Social anxiety Most  Sunday afternoons: EST Monday and Wednesday mornings EST Tues and Thursday afternoons EST

Active listening is like kindness and empathy, simple enough in principle. and a life time task to master fully. Because of my background I feel more naturally able to help people struggling with stressful emotional situations, toxic or difficult family situations, or with anxiety, PTSD, depression. Many times in the past I could overcome hardships and difficulties simply by having a chance to talk to someone who really listened. I'd like to "pay that kindness forward" now by listening to you on 7Cups. Don't be fooled by all the topic training badges on my profile page: that only means I got acquainted to the topic, not that I am an expert!
