Hi, I'm Darren and I'm glad you've found 7 Cups of Tea. I've had a long battle with depression and panic and one of the few positives of it is the camaraderie there is among people with these issues. I love helping my "people" and I feel like just listening without judgement is one of the best ways to help. I have been through tough times and times when I felt I had no one to turn to. I believe everyone needs reassurance and sometimes to hear the words " I understand ".
