I have a deep and abiding interest in the well-being of others and I understand that mental health is a state of emotional, psychological, and social well-being that allows individuals to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. From my experience over the years, I have seen how various mental illnesses have affected the lives of individuals and their loved ones. My passion for mental health has mostly been shaped by personal experiences, as well as exposure to the challenges faced by those struggling with mental health issues. I am an experienced listener as this has been an essential part of my work for several years.
