I can't provide you with answers or advice, but I will listen and try my best to understand your situation and the feelings surrounding it. Don't hesitate to message me - your emotions are valid, your needs are just as important as anyone else's, you deserve to be heard out. 

I welcome you to 7cups and hopefully you have just taken the first step in a direction you would like to go! I am an experienced listener as this has been an essential part of my work for several years. I am realistic in what I can do to help, and non-judgemental and sensitive in my approach  I have worked with people through many difficult times relating to a variety of life's issues and challenges - and I have also personal experience of some difficult life challenges and choices. I don't ever pretend I have all the answers though! But through talking and listening together, maybe I can help you reflect and talk more on whatever has brought you here, maybe from a different or wider perspective than you have so far seen, and maybe this will help you see your way forward a little more clearly. If my listening helps you to do that even in a small way, then perhaps you will feel more motivated, or positive, or re-assured, calmer or comforted - and that you will feel the time we will have shared has been worthwhile!
