I understand that it's not always easy to reach out and ask for help when you're going through a tough time. It takes a great deal of courage. As therapist, I take a non-judgemental, empathetic approach to ensure that my clients feel heard and understood. Together we will use the therapeutic relationship to work through the difficulties you are currently experiencing. I have worked in various therapeutic settings including university campuses and private practice with men and women from various backgrounds, facing different challenges and difficulties.  I use an eclectic approach to ensure I meet the unique needs of each individual and we will work together to set goals in order to meet your needs whilst you are in this space.
