I've previously been a member on 7cups and understand first hand how comforting it can be to connect with an empathic listener. I know how important it is to feel heard and understood by someone when you're in the middle of discomfort. I'm here to virtually hold your hand as you share whatever you want to with me. I have personal experience of poor mental health including anxiety, panic attacks, depression and I'm also ADHD and autistic. I'm a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community too.
