You don’t need to have everything figured out, and you don’t need the “right” words, just come as you are. Whether you want to vent, reflect, or sit quietly for a moment, I’m here to listen and support you with care and empathy. You are not alone in this. Let’s write this story together, line by line, letting each word carry your truth, each pause hold your breath, and each moment remind you that you are seen.

I'm a psychology student who loves to help people. Hope I can bring comfort to the people here.

I play lots of music at school, and use it to express my emotions. I play piano, percussion, and marching tenor drums. I like to make crafts as well, mainly pipe cleaner flowers. I play pickleball and do marching band, and I’m in my school’s Wind Ensemble. I like to be included in as many things as I can. I love to eat and sleep, and I’ve been told that I’m empathetic. Overall, I’d like to help people and use this experience to get a good psychology job in the future.
