Hello, I am Joyce. I am new to 7cups but I am willing to be a support system for anyone.  To make sure each person gets the support that they need I will only be speaking to one person at a time. As I am new, to ensure that individuals get the most support from me I will be taking on only 1 to 3 chats a day. My limit for chatting is about 30 minutes to 1 hour, but I am willing to chat more if you need too. You can see my activity for chatting by looking at the circle at the bottom of my profile.  * If it is green, I am free to chat * if it is yellow, I am currently talking to someone or I am taking a break * If it is red, I have reached my chatting limit or I am offline.  * If my status is red, we can set up a time where we can have a chat for the next day. Whether you are new to chatting with me or someone older I am always here to chat so please do not hesitate to reach out. I am a university student so I will be on and off on 7cups. This means that there will be time periods will I will not be as active as I may like. If you need support during that time and I am not available please reach out to other listeners. ❗I do not tolerate inappropriate conversations such as sexting. If they occur this will result in the conversation ending and a report.  ❗I do not handle addiction, drugs/alcohol abuse, domestic violence and sexual abuse. If you need support with those issues please reach out to someone with experience in handling them.
