Hii my name is Miley I am a teen and I know what it's like to feel like your alone with your problems and have no one to talk to about it but I will be more than happy to help however I can I will give you the choice at the start whether you want advice or just to vent I care about you and you deserve to feel seen and cared for I have suffered with my mental health before and know sometimes feeling like it will never get better but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it is possible to improve your mental health when you surround yourself with support and healthy coping mechanisms and doing things you enjoy
