As my screen name indicates, I AM here for you! I am a 2nd-year grad student working on a Master's in Social Work (MSW). Beyond that, I'm an experienced, inquisitive, and passionate professional with a strong background in communications, organizational development, and personal performance before returning to academia.  I am also a lifelong musician, having played drums, percussion, and sung for almost as long as I've been alive.  I'm currently playing with an incredible group that specializes in performing our own music as well as performing our own versions of incredible songs across many decades. I've been a writer, author, and speaker all for my entire life.

Passionate about psychology and mental health, I believe everyone has the right to be heard and understood without judgment. I strive to provide a safe space for expressing feelings and to offer psychological and human support with empathy and respect. 🤍

Hello, I am a high school junior. Our school taught us the importance of mental health and how it affects a person's daily life. I am more than happy to be able to contribute to the well being of the people. Sometimes I feel stressed too and the only thing that has genuinely helped me cope is talking to a friend. And I wish to be that friend to someone.
