Bonjour ! Passionnée par le bien-être, la santé mentale et l'écoute active, c'est tout naturellement que je souhaite m'engager comme écouteuse bénévole sur 7 Cups. Enseignante de langue et professeure de yoga, le soutien aux autres, la gestion du stress et l'accompagnement humain sont au cœur de ma vie au quotidien. Mon parcours m'a appris l'importance d'une présence attentive, de la patience et d'une communication profondément bienveillante. Mon objectif en tant que bénévole est d'offrir un espace d'écoute confidentiel, chaleureux et totalement exempt de jugement pour les personnes qui en ont besoin. Je suis convaincue du pouvoir de l'empathie et je souhaite offrir une présence rassurante à celles et ceux qui traversent des moments de doute, d'anxiété ou de solitude. C'est un véritable privilège pour moi de pouvoir offrir mon temps et mon écoute au service de la communauté.
