I am VERY obsessed with horror I am 17 years old! I am an independent director and currently writing for a show scheduled for 2026! (Though there has been delays so 2027!) (Update: Welp, I guess 2028 now due to financial trouble 😬) I'm a songwriter, I produce music and sing! I'm also a cosplayer, propmaker and costume designer! I'm very creative as most people say!  I'm also hispanic! Hello,  My name is Yadira Elizabeth Olvera. I am 31, about to be 32 years old. Never married and have no children, but I hope to be able to have both someday in the future, with God's timing. I am currently active-duty military in the United States Army. I am currently stationed overseas, which is why I wanted to volunteer for 7Cups because of my tight schedule. My interest in being an active listener for 7Cups is because I'm on my journey to become a Social Worker and hopefully become a social worker for Child Protective Services or become a Social Worker for people with special needs. Specifically, a company called Texana, located in Houston, Texas. I hope to be of big help to ANYONE in need, whether you need advice or just someone to listen to you. I am all open ears to anything you want to tell me. I am not fully sure how this works yet, but if it does need me to do a live listen, I can work around the time differences, whatever it may be.

Puede hablar sobre de lo que esta en su mente.  Hello, I'm MonicaQu a listener glad that you came across my profile and more than welcome to message me.   I can talk about most topics with adults about  anxiety, relationship problems, school problems just to name a few. I am able to talk about sex related topics but with not too much information. All other topics I'm fine with such as chats on Bipolar, depression and issues to do with Weight Management and Eating Disorders as I have family members who deal with these. You can message me offline to make an appointment . I'm free most weekends during the day or night and sometimes around 5pm until 6pm on Monday to Thursday. Or else you can send me daily messages telling me about your days. In my chats, I usually can talk for 40 minutes then continue another day and talk to only one person at a time. Listening to you, means a lot as I know some things you can't go to a friend or family member that it is easier to do where you are anonymous.  In my chats, you can expect a non-judgemental place and feel like you are talking to a friend.  I can take chats in English or Spanish.   For listeners,  I am a listener and have been a member since 2014 so you can come to me for any problems or if you want to refer a chat you can tell them my username.  You can find me in Listener Support Room. I am also part of the Spanish Speaking group so if you come across a Spanish speaker or you are a Spanish speaker yourself, send me a message. :)   Some cool information about me : I'm an Anthropologist and study Spanish at university. I have been in Ecuador for 3 and a half years now. I'm originally from New Zealand.  I have been involved in a variety of projects I really like coffee and like to use Stumbleupon as it interests me to see what random page I come across. I also like to destress by going to rumba (dancing latin rhythms at the gym)  

I've been volunteering here since August of 2020. I enjoy the different conversations. Everyday is different. I've grown a lot in my own Life journey since i started volunteering. You have to be a Good Active Listener, and meet people at where they are at. I'm Bilingual in Spanish, and English, fluently. P.S. Older listener with Life Experiences. That comes with Age, Maturity, and Wisdom.
